REGULAR USERS – for regular users we can have a User ID and password registered and ready to go within minutes. You then have online access to all our email services to use when you want, as frequently as you want, from anywhere in the world. Our email service can be used via a web interface (free Newsletter/Email templates available) or directly from your desktop using HTML editing software. HTML and Text versions of the same message are created automatically to ensure maximum delivery rates. The web based service and desktop software service are designed for frequent users of the system – if you are an infrequent user our Bureau service might be more suitable.

BUREAU SERVICE – our bureau service is for infrequent users or one-off email campaigns. Email your document and list to us and we’ll take care of the rest – we’ll test your email to make sure it looks right, we’ll release it when you want it to go and we’ll report back to you with a full breakdown on your email job. If you’ve wanted to test the water with an email campaign to your opt-in list(s), this is the way to go – we can advise on all the implications of the Spam Act and ensure you comply with the legislation – it doesn’t get any easier.

BLAST / BROADCAST – get your message out to tens, hundreds or thousands within minutes. Our web service is so simple to use – select your list of addresses, select your text or html copy and click submit. Yes that’s it! Log on to the web site and send. Of course it has all the bells and whistles like scheduling for future delivery, tracking and reporting features, personalisation, extensive reports, etc. With our free desktop HTML editing software the document creation and dispatching process is even easier. As always when a job has been completed reports are automatically delivered to you together with full reporting features available online.

SPAM COMPLIANCE – Email messaging with commercial content is governed by the Australian Spam Legislation which came into effect April 2004 – in general any promotional email or sms with commercial content is subject to the legislation.
