REGULAR USERS - we can have a User ID and password registered and ready to go within minutes. You then have online or desktop access to our unified messaging services including the Fax service to use when you want, as frequently as you want, from anywhere in the world. The web based service and direct desktop service are designed for frequent users of the system – if you are an infrequent user our Bureau service might be more suitable.

BUREAU SERVICE - our bureau service is for infrequent users or one-off Fax campaigns. Email your message copy to us and your list of fax numbers – we’ll send you a test to make sure it’s exactly as you want it, we’ll release it when you want it to go and we’ll report back to you with a full breakdown on your Fax job. If you’ve wanted to test the water with a Fax campaign this is the way to go.

BROADCAST FAX - get your message out to tens, hundreds or thousands of recipients within seconds. Our Fax service is so simple to use – select your list of numbers, type in your message or nominate a document and click submit. Yes that’s it! Of course it has all the bells and whistles like scheduling for future delivery, personalising every message, allocating billing codes for cost centres etc. We can even supply the list of fax numbers for you to target – media lists, TV, radio or print, national, metropolitan, regional or suburban press, specific specialty lists or even politicians! As soon as a job has been completed reports are automatically delivered to your email address or fax number. This is Fax made easy – forget about messing around with a fax machine. DESKTOP FAX - you can send fax messages by logging in to our web interface or sending directly from your desktop. Our service can not only send messages from the desktop but also received them back in PDF format. You can do away with the fax machine altogether via our Fax to Email and Email to Fax service.

MAILMERGE FAX - do you need to personalise your fax messages with unique information in each fax? In the same way you use Mailmerge in your word processing application you can merge individual information into your fax messaging.

AUTOMATED FAX - our platform enables you can to easily integrate Fax, SMS, Email or Voice into your existing application or processes. Using standard XML to construct your message, you can then simply submit files to any one of our API connectors. So easy to have the process automated – plug, play and forget.
