REGULAR USERS – we can have a User ID and password registered and ready to go within minutes. You then have online or desktop access to our sms service to use when you want, as frequently as you want, from anywhere in the world. The web based service is designed for frequent users of the system – if you are an infrequent user our Bureau service might be more suitable.

BUREAU SERVICE – this service is for infrequent users or one-off sms campaigns. Email your message copy to us and your list of mobile numbers – we’ll send you a test to make sure it’s exactly as you want it. We will release it when you want it to go and we’ll report back to you with a breakdown on your campaign. If you’ve wanted to test the water with sms, this is the way to go.

BROADCAST SMS – get your message out to tens, hundreds or thousands of mobiles within seconds. Our sms service is so simple to use – select your list of numbers, type in your message and click submit. Yes that’s it! Of course it has all the bells and whistles like scheduling for future delivery, personalising every message, allocating billing codes for cost centres etc. This is sms made easy – forget about thumbing messages into your mobile phone. CAMPAIGN SMS – If you need to get replies to a question you’ve asked on the sms we can set up a capture number. From there we capture every individual response and deliver the results back to you so you can evaluate the campaign. We’ll keep monitoring the responses for as long as you want the campaign to run and keep updating you with the responses as they come in. Perfect for those big broadcasts.

AUTOMATED SMS – do you need to be alerted when a system crashes or get an automated sms response or emergency message out to a mobile? It’s easy though our API interface (what’s API ….. we’ll explain all that if you don’t know). By setting up an interface to our sms servers we can provide a fully automated sms service that will enable alert messages to be delivered without any human intervention. SPAM COMPLIANCE – sms messaging with commercial content is governed by the Australian Spam Legislation which came into effect April 2004 – in general any promotional email or sms with commercial content is subject to the legislation. We are fully compliant with the legislation’s requirements and can advise on the legislation’s requirements.
